Data tracking issues

‚ÄčIf you're experiencing issues with data populating on your Insights page, check into your Ahalogy Code Snippet to ensure it's installed correctly.

The Code Snippet is what tracks the information and records the data for Insights.

1. If you're using the WordPress plugin, two things to check are that your client ID is input correctly and that you've checked the box that says "Include the Ahalogy Code Snippet on my site?".
2. If you're utilizing the hard coded snippet, make sure the complete snippet is present, including your client ID (this appears at the end of the snippet). To find your client ID, visit the Get The Code Snippet page in the app.
